1) Lose 10 pounds - 159.8 again this morning. I think I may just have to be satisfied with a 3.5 pounds weight loss :( I'm conflicted with two ideas. 1) I really thought that once I weaned Lilah, the weight would just 'fall' off, but it doesn't seem to be happening. 2) I'm exercising a lot more this week and I'm also thinking that muscle weights more than fat! right? I don't know.... All I know is that while I'm very proud of myself for all my other accomplishments over the last few weeks, I still feel down that I didn't lost those 10 pounds. I may have to re-up on this goal.
2) Diastasis Rehab - I only did 4 of my 6 contractions yesterday; 2 double splinted, 2 regular and no headlifts. The splint is also really annoying me. Kelly had originally told me the splint is only designed to last about 6 weeks and I'll probably have to buy a new one. I'll discuss it with her during out meeting this coming Tuesday because I'm getting tired of wearing this thing. I've literally been wearing it 23 hours a day for nearly 6 full weeks.
3) Exercise - Did a great 3 mile run/walk with BOTH kids in the stroller. Despite having 56 lbs of kid and 35 lbs of stroller, I still managed to run more than I have in a looooong time and it really felt great. That makes 3 times I've exercised this week and I already feel more energetic :)
4) Ari Bedtime - Ari skipped his nap again yesterday, so I was in bed asleep by 8:40.
5) Lilah sleep through the night - It's a good think Lilah is cute, because otherwise she would drive me completely crazy. She went to sleep around 8pm and slept until 4:38!!! That was pretty awesome, but then she wouldn't go back to sleep. I gave her some teething gel, a sippy cup, brought her to our bed, stuck her back in her bed..... she just wanted to run around and play. Finally around 6:30 she went back to sleep for a little while, but this is a whole new challenge which I hope passes with the teething. On the other hand, I was VERY happy to achieve a full 6 1/2 hours of sleep for myself :)
6) Wean Lilah - CHALLENGE COMPLETE - 5 days, 5 hours, 40 minutes and counting :)
