A real quickie today since it's already nearly 9:30 and I'm really tired.
1) Lose 10 pounds - I'm proud of myself for being pre-emptive and freezing 2 of the 4 challahs! Last night we went to Mom & Dad's for Shabbos dinner and while the food was delicious, I have a terrible tendency to overeat when I go there. Mom did a great job of providing steamed veggies and sweet potatoes as side dishes rather than the much fattier and more caloric foods she used to serve, but I ate enough for 5 people and the Hydrox cookies after dinner didn't help. If I'm going to be honest, I'll have to admit I ate pretty terribly all day and most of my 'meals' were eating Ari & Lilah's leftovers which is something I'm going to have to stop doing if I plan on losing weight.
2) Diastasis class - Did all the exercises which is good, but in the middle of the night I had a terrible pain in my back which actually woke me up! I wonder if I've been wearing the splint too tight and maybe it konked my back?
3) Exercise - Still gotta figure this one out :(
4) Get Ari in bed and asleep by 9pm - Again it was more like 9:15, but for now I'm going to be proud of moving his bedtime to a reasonable hour and will work on moving it to 9pm when we start week 3.
5) Get Lilah to FINALLY sleep through the night - Lilah is killing me :( For the third night in a row, she woke up almost exactly at 12:10. This time it took her 1/2 hour to go back to sleep. Then she was up again at 3:30ish (nursed and went back to sleep) and up for the DAY at 5:30 :( I'm happy I only nursed her once in the night but I'm losing my mind when she's going to get this whole sleeping thing down :(
6) Wean Lilah - We did well again yesterday. I think I only nursed her 4 times which is really great :)
