1) Lose 10 pounds - Good day for food until dinner time when I fell victim to the McDonald's $1 Menu and ended up having a Mcchicken sandwich and french fries. Although I think I saved myself a few calories by not eating the half of the bun with all the mayo on it... I was like an open faced fried chicken sandwich. In my head it's better.
2) Diastasis class - Did all the exercises again which makes me happy. But I'm getting lazy about holding my belly in.
3) Exercise - Went to the Mississippi Street Festival with some friends and walk, walked and walked some more. It was a leisurely pace until it was time to go back to the car and then I had to power walk to keep up with Lawrence. I think sometimes he forgets I'm much smaller and slower than him, but it's good I got a bit of exercise for a change.
4) Get Ari in bed and asleep by 9pm - Again it was more like 9:15, but for now I'm going to be proud of moving his bedtime to a reasonable hour and will work on moving it to 9pm when we start week 3.
5) Get Lilah to FINALLY sleep through the night - Can I reiterate Lilah is killing me? She ended up going to bed an hour later than normal due to a late nap, but was still up at an hour which gave me less than a 4 hour block of sleep which was around 2:30am/ Although I guess it didn't really matter b/c around 1:30am one of my neighbors (who I don't know) decided to call her dog in for the night, then about 15 minutes later someone climaxed loud enough to wake me up again. I assume it was the same neighbor's boyfriend, but the results where the same..... that I was up. Going back to Lilah, I nursed back to sleep around 2:30 and then she was up again at 5:15. At first it seemed like she was up for the day, but I nursed her and she actually went back to sleep until 7am which was awesome.
6) Wean Lilah - To be honest, I wasn't keeping track of how often I nursed her and I have no idea. What I do remember is nursing her in the morning, once at the street fair, before bed, 2:30 & 5:15 which is a minimum of 5 for the day. Hopefully I'll do better tomorrow.
