1) Lose 10 pounds - I was up to 160.8, which means I've lost 2 out of 5 of my pounds :( I did pretty well yesterday until the Chinese take-out dinner... hopefully it's mostly water and it will fall off after a good day tomorrow
2) Diastasis - Yesterday was an all time low for my exercises. I only found time to do THREE of my 10 exercises and I'm disappointed in myself. I'm afraid I've become complacent because I saw good results quickly and now I want to go back to my old ways, but I still have 2 1/2 weeks left on this program and want to see it through!!
3) Exercise - None :( I worked in the morning (YAY!) and went to the park with family in the afternoon. Again it wasn't typical exercise, but I was out of the house and NOT noshing which is still a step in the right direction.
4) Get Ari to bed at 9pm - I was so tired last night I actually fell asleep on the floor of the living room. Luckily Ari had taken a bath earlier in the evening, so when I woke up at 8:50pm, I instantly dragged him up the stairs and still had time for a story before lights out. Lights were out by 9:02 and he once again stayed in bed :) Although..... if he had gotten up, it would have had to go back because I was asleep in my own bed by 9:04.
5) Lilah sleep though the night - A bit of a step back for Lilah last night, but I know it's because she skipped her afternoon nap due to some exciting company; so her sleep schedule was out of wack and she actually went to sleep 1/2 hour early last night. She woke up at 1:30am and then again at 5:30am. I nursed her both times and at 5:30 ended up pulling her into bed with us again and we all slept soundly until 7 :)
6) Wean Lilah - We're staying stead at 3 nursings again. As I said yesterday, I'm nervous for this coming week when I chop it down to 1 nursing per day, but the truth is she's doing really well and I'm super proud of her.
