1) Lose 10 pounds - My dinner with Rebecca didn't do excessive damage, but I did go up a smidgen with the scale at 160. I'll do better tomorrow.
2) Diastasis class - These new exercises are kicking my butt, but I'm trying! Kelly said I could move up slowly from 5 transverse contractions to 10 per day, then add in the double splint. Right now I'll try to do 1 set per day with the double splinting and the rest without.
3) Exercise - I went for a lovely walk with my mother, sister and little girl :) It was extremely low impact, but a nice walk of over an hour so I will count it as exercise.
4) Get Ari in bed and asleep by 9pm - Last night was a pretty good night for the little bird. Bath, bed and lights off by 9:07. I even remembered to make him go potty before we got into PJ's :)
5) Get Lilah to FINALLY sleep through the night - Lilah was a bit of a disaster last night. We had been concerned she might have an ear infection, but got a clean bill of health from the Pediatrician so I was planning on doing some hard core sleep training. She woke around 1:15am and I was going to let her cry and check in on her every little while, but by 2am it was obvious she was hungry. I know I was going against the advice of Suzanne Hanson at Ruby Sky Sleep Coaching, but it seemed like the right thing to do to get a sippy cup. She nursed for about 7 minutes, then drained the sippy cup. Once she finally went back to sleep, I also got a nice 4 hour block of sleep when she slept until 6am. So.... I guess she only woke once.... but it was for an hour....
6) Wean Lilah - Lilah is doing so great at this! She only nursed 3 times yesterday, 7am, 8:30pm and 2am. I can't believe I'm going nearly 12 hours without nursing :) I think I may actually achieve this goal :)
