1) Lose 10 pounds - This morning I was down to 160.8 which is certainly not my lowest, but I've been told a million times that you should choose 1 day per week to be your 'weigh-in' day, so I guess Tuesday is as good a day as any. It's not the 3.5 pounds I was going for, but I'll happily accept 2.2 pounds and do my best to improve upon it by next week. Yesterday I ate a lot of meat, fruit and veggies and very little carbs. I'll try to repeat today.
2) Diastasis class - It was another struggle to do the exercises, but I prevailed. I'm supposed to do 2 sets in the AM, 2 in the afternoon, and 1 set at night, but I seem to be doing 1 in the AM, 1 in the afternoon and 3 at night. I'm going to have to work hard to do the exercises when I'm supposed to.
3) Exercise - No exercise yesterday. I have a cold and don't feel so great, but I should still be able to take a leisurely walk or something. I'll make more of an effort today.
4) Get Ari in bed and asleep by 9pm - As I promised myself, Ari was in bed with the lights off BEFORE 9pm!!! I turned off the lights at 8:56, kissed goodnight and walked out. He didn't fall asleep until around 9:45, but stayed in bed :)
5) Get Lilah to FINALLY sleep through the night - Lilah did pretty well last night. She went to bed at regular time, woke and nursed at 3:30 and went back to bed until 5:45. I tried to put her back to sleep at 5:45, but she was up for the day. Unfortunately, I'm a little sick and was coughing and wiping my nose all night long because I thought we were out of Robitussin. Hopefully tonight I'll get a bit more sleep since discovering we have a full bottle :(
6) Wean Lilah - I'm not sure whether to count this mornings 5:45am nursing in yesterday's count or today. If we could it for yesterday, then I nursed her 5 times, but if for today then only 4. I think I'll decide tomorrow :) but either way, it's an improvement since week 1.
