Week 4, Day 3

1) Lose 10 pounds - I was down to 158.6 this morning!  A new low :)  This means that I'm only 5 lbs away from my pre-Lilah weight... WOO-HOO!!  Now I need to just stay focused and keep eating good food :)

2) Diastasis class - The new exercises are really hard!  I did 6 sets of them yesterday with 4 doing the double splinting, so I'm on the right track.  Today, I'll try for 7 sets with 5 splinting. 

3) Exercise - Alas, no exercise :(

4) Get Ari in bed and asleep by 9pm - Last night was a Timbers game and I'm suddenly wondering if it's a good thing for Ari to go.  Back when he was going to bed at 10:30, he was sitting through the games just fine.  However, now I think Ari is getting used to his 9pm bedtime and by the time he got home from the game with Lawrence at 11pm, he was eeeexhausted!  In his whole 3 1/4 years, I don't think I've seen Ari so tired.  He was whiny, and crying, and wanted daddy, and books, and soda, and juice, and bagels..... he was a tired cookie :(  Even though I was already in bed asleep (I stayed home with Lilah), I got up to take charge of the situation because Lawrence was having a hard time too.  I think tonight we'll get back on schedule.

5) Get Lilah to FINALLY sleep through the night - She did pretty well last night!  She didn't wake up until 4am!  She woke up again 6 and we thought it was for the day, so Lawrence grabbed her from her crib and we nursed in bed for a few minutes, but then we all fell back asleep until nearly 7:30 when Ari run into our room.  I guess whe was technically up twice, but this is the first time she's slept until 4am I think so I'm totally cool with it.
6) Wean Lilah - Lilah's continuing to be awesome at this weaning thing.  Again yesterday, she nursed at 6am, 8:30 (bedtime was late) and 4am.  Next week I'll knock out one more nursing, but right now I think we're right on track.
